Ubie Inc. has secured a long-term loan of 1 billion yen from the Japan Finance Corporation. This loan utilizes the Corporation’s “Startup Support Fund.”
Ubie is a health tech company whose mission is to “guide people to appropriate medical care through technology.” For consumers, Ubie provides “Ubie,” which allows users to search for disease information and nearby medical institutions based on symptoms, and has grown into a service used by approximately 12 million people per month. For medical institutions, Ubie has been offering the business efficiency service “Ubie Medical Navi” since 2018, which has been introduced to more than 1,800 medical institutions nationwide.
In addition, Ubie also offers “Ubie Generative AI” that utilizes generative AI. We are developing multiple businesses that aim to support medical matching. Since the launch of our business at the end of 2021, we have already done business with more than two-thirds of global mega-pharmaceutical companies in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies with the aim of providing information that leads to disease and treatment awareness.
