“Telephone Garakuda,” jointly developed by Stranza and AI Shift, is a service that uses natural voice dialogue with AI to automate telephone reservation and cancellation requests from patients. Since its launch in 2023, it has been adopted by dental clinics across the country, contributing to the efficiency of telephone operations. This latest update aims to further improve accuracy and convenience, and meet the diverse needs of dental clinics.
