Sapeet Inc. has officially released the “Voice AI Chart” function for its in-house developed product, “Carty Multi Chart.”
This function was developed to solve issues faced in the diverse wellness industry, such as the personalization of customer service, the difficulty of finding time to provide feedback for staff training, and the difficulty of store owners managing on-site customer service, with the aim of improving the efficiency of store operations and the quality of customer service provided by staff.
Specifically, AI will automatically transcribe conversations with customers at personal training and fitness clubs. Furthermore, by automatically formatting and transcribing the content into the items and formats required for management and analysis, it will reduce the effort required by on-site staff to enter customer information and the workload of store managers. This will make it easier to accumulate and utilize customer information.
