Medapp’s vision is “Changing hospitals through management. Changing healthcare through hospitals.” The company provides the regional collaboration CRM tool “foro CRM” and the referral web reservation tool “refery” primarily to large-scale core hospitals, and is engaged in business aimed at realizing sustainable, high-quality regional healthcare.

Currently, Japan’s medical industry is facing serious challenges such as rising medical expenses and a shortage of medical professionals due to the declining birthrate and aging population, and there is an urgent need to utilize digital technology and strengthen cooperation between medical institutions. In addition, under the new regional medical initiative, the appropriate allocation of medical resources and the division of hospital functions are being promoted, and medical institutions are being required to respond to rapid changes in the environment.
