Basetwo, an AI platform built for pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers, has entered into a strategic distribution partnership with NS Solutions Corporation. Under this deal, NS Solutions will act as Basetwo’s authorized distributor in Japan, handling local rollout and customer engagement across the market.
The goal here is pretty straightforward. NS Solutions will take Basetwo’s AI-powered digital twin platform and bring it to Japanese manufacturers who have been struggling with the same old issues around process efficiency, quality control, and messy, disconnected data. Together, the two companies want to help factories see what’s really happening in real time, streamline their operations, and boost innovation while keeping quality intact.
What makes Basetwo’s system different is how it mixes deep domain knowledge in thermodynamics and chemistry with machine learning. It lets process engineers pull together massive, complex datasets, model them, simulate different scenarios, and optimize their manufacturing processes as they run. The idea is to make factories not just smarter but faster and cleaner.

Basetwo claims that its software is used by manufacturers from the pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, and personal care industries who are cutting cycle times, raw material usage, energy consumption, and deviations, thus gaining cost and efficiency up to 40% in total.
Seminars and local proof-of-concept projects with manufacturers are planned by both companies as an option for the future. The idea is to show what the technology can actually do on the ground and speed up adoption across Japan’s manufacturing sector.
