PocketSign Inc. is a startup that builds a social “infrastructure of trust” by providing applications and development platforms that utilize public personal authentication services. This time, the company has raised a total of 580 million yen in Series B funding, with JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. as the lead investor, and multiple other investors including Cygames Capital Co., Ltd., Hope Co., Ltd., and Yamaguchi Capital Co., Ltd. as underwriters, bringing the total amount raised to date to 1.3 billion yen (including debt financing).
Additionally, we have entered into a capital and business alliance with Hope Co., Ltd., which has built deep relationships with local governments across the country in the areas of advertising and public relations, and will promote digital transformation for local governments in a broader and more effective manner.
