Infodio is a group company of AIRIC Corporation, and with strengths in advanced AI technologies such as AI-OCR and NLP (natural language processing), the company is consistently involved in the planning, development, sales and operation of products that meet the potential demands of its customers.
We develop and provide “Smart OCR,” a high-precision AI-OCR that can read non-standard forms and handwritten characters, and “DenHo,” a SaaS that complies with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act and uses AI to recognize and digitize text in documents from uploaded images, enabling full-text searches.

Meanwhile, Needswell, as an independent system integrator, is involved in software development for a wide range of industries, with a focus on financial system development, and has provided a variety of IT solutions that support the promotion of digital transformation not only in companies but also in the public sector, adding unique functions through technologies such as AI and RPA.
With three consolidated subsidiaries under its umbrella, the company’s medium-term management plan, announced in August 2024, sets performance targets of 13 billion yen in sales and 1.7 billion yen in operating profit by the fiscal year ending September 2026, and is actively working to secure talented personnel, conduct research and development, develop products, and collaborate with other companies.
