Creationline has entered a capital and business alliance with Glocalist through its startup engineering fund, COSTA, with both companies set to work together on expanding AI-driven regulatory intelligence services.
Glocalist runs a platform that sifts up government, policy, and regulatory details from many countries across the globe, using AI so it can summarize and translate huge volumes of data. Lately, as companies, and public sector orgs really started asking more, the whole thing got hit with extra pressure to scale at two ends, data collecting plus product building too, you know, not just one part.
With the partnership, Creationline will also put in funding, and include engineering help to reduce those development roadblocks and speed up growth.

The joint effort will focus on expanding automated data collection to more than 60 countries, building APIs and MCP integrations for external systems and generative AI applications, and improving the platform’s user experience so organizations can navigate complex regulatory risks more efficiently.
