Based on the concept of “Connect, Start, A Better Future,” Yayoi launched a new cloud service brand, “Yayoi Next,” in October 2023, aiming for a future where services are seamlessly connected and business operations and management proceed smoothly.
We are pleased to announce that we will officially release “Yayoi Accounting Next,” the corporate cloud accounting service that will be the core of “Yayoi Next,” on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
The goal of “Yayoi Accounting Next” is to provide a service that improves the efficiency of our customers’ operations and their business performance. We aim to provide a management platform that is essential for business growth, by seamlessly connecting data and services in the back office area surrounding accounting, such as billing and expense settlement, to fully automate accounting operations, and by combining the abundant data we have accumulated with technology to provide management support.

As of April 8th, in order to realize our vision, we have implemented various functions to improve the efficiency of our work, with the catchphrase “Accounting, expenses, billing. Easy for anyone, all in one system.” For example, we will aim to improve the efficiency of work by making it possible to complete not only accounting tasks, but also expense settlement, billing tasks, and the storage and management of supporting documents all within the same system. In addition, the “initial setup” can be completed by simply answering questions, so even beginners can start using it right away. Furthermore, we have implemented functions that make it “easy for anyone,” such as the ability to register tedious accounting entries with just one click, with account items predicted by AI.
There are three pricing plans available: “Entry Plan,” “Basic Plan,” and “Basic Plus Plan,” which allow users to choose the service based on the functionality and support they need. You can choose from annual or monthly contracts. There is also a free trial plan that allows users to use all functions for free for up to three months. In addition, to commemorate the official release, we will be holding a “Yayoi Accounting Next” launch support campaign, in which users who sign up for any plan on an annual contract from April 8, 2025 to September 30, 2025 will receive an Amazon gift card (email type) worth half the price of the plan they applied for.
“Yayoi Accounting Next” has been running an “early trial program” since October 2024, allowing users to use the service prior to its official release, and we have received over 1,000 pieces of feedback through the program. The feedback we received will lead to improvements for this official release and will also be used to evolve the service to its desired form in the future.
