MagicPod Inc. has introduced its AI test automation platform “MagicPod” to UPSIDER Inc.
UPSIDER Inc.’s mission is to “create a global financial platform that supports challengers,” and they develop and provide a range of products and services, including the corporate card “UPSIDER,” the bill payment service “Saiwai.com,” the AI chat-based business tool “UPSIDER Coworker,” and the debt fund “UPSIDER BLUE DREAM Fund,” which specializes in growth-stage startups.
Before the introduction of MagicPod, the company had not performed regression testing regularly, and had only responded to incidents after they had occurred. In addition, there was no system in place to thoroughly check the operation of existing functions before release, which created psychological anxiety about releases. Another automated testing tool had also been introduced, but it was not maintained and had become a mere formality.

Since introducing “MagicPod,” regression tests have been run automatically every day, allowing the company to detect data inconsistencies in the staging environment in advance, improving the quality and speed of feedback to the development team.
