DEGICA Inc., which provides the digital payment platform “KOMOJU,” is pleased to announce that it will be introducing KOMOJU’s cashless payment terminal “KOMOJU Terminal” for the first time at the trail running event “Kaga Spa Trail Endurance100 by UTMB”, where Ledlenser Japan Inc. will be exhibiting.
At the Ledlenser exhibition booth, all merchandise sold during the event (such as LED headlamps and accessories) will accept completely cashless payment via the KOMOJU terminal, allowing for a smooth payment experience without using cash.
In recent years, the need for cashless payments has rapidly increased at outdoor events and sporting events. In particular, there is a growing trend for smooth and fast payment experiences at outdoor and mobile sales booths, making it important to be able to accommodate flexible and diverse payment methods. Against this background, KOMOJU terminals will be installed for the first time at Ledlenser’s sales booth at a trail running event. This installation was the result of high praise for the simple, space-saving terminal design that supports major credit cards and smartphone touch payments, as well as the quick installation process.

Ledlenser has also already implemented credit card and QR code payments through KOMOJU in its official online store , providing an OMO (Online Merges with Offline) type customer experience that integrates online and offline. The convenience of being able to centrally manage and operate both online and offline payments was also a major factor in the decision to introduce the KOMOJU terminal.
KOMOJU will continue to provide its flexible and scalable payment solutions to a variety of situations, including sporting events, music festivals, and community development events, contributing to the creation of valuable payment experiences for more client companies and end users.
