E-Crowd, which provides equity crowdfunding (ECF) services, has raised a total of approximately 570 million yen through equity and debt financing. Investors in the stock include multiple individual investors and W Fund.

Through these fundraising rounds, Ecloud aims to become a comprehensive platform that connects all startups, from early stage companies to those aiming for an IPO, with individual investors.

E-Cloud has provided ECF services to help startups raise funds, mainly in the seed and early stages. To date, we have supported approximately 40 companies in raising funds totaling over 1 billion yen.

Through the introduction of this new service, we will promote the creation of a new funding model for individual investors as a platform that can connect startups at all growth stages with individual investors. More details will be announced when the business begins.
