All-in-one AI business messenger “Channel Talk” has announced that it has raised 1.1 billion yen in new funding, bringing its total funding to 5.1 billion yen. In this round, existing investor Bon Angels Venture Partners acted as lead investor, with Laguna Investment and new investor Altos Ventures also participating.
ChannelTalk is an all-in-one AI business messenger that can handle AI chatbots, customer service chat, CRM marketing, internet phone calls, and video calls. It is used in customer support areas such as EC (retail) and BtoB SaaS, and has been introduced to over 180,000 companies globally.
In particular, the AI agent “ALF,” which was launched in 2024, was adopted by 1,000 companies within two months of its official launch, and is predicted to grow steadily.
In Japan, there are companies that are using ALF to provide 24-hour customer support and automate delivery address changes and order cancellations. We are also working with local governments, and in January 2025 we started a demonstration experiment using ALF with Kumamoto City.
