Hitachi Solutions, Ltd. announced that it will start offering a multi-tenant version of “BSSsymphony Subscription Platform”, which supports customer management, contracts, billing and invoicing, and settlement required for subscription business, from July 3rd. “BSSsymphony” is a platform that supports the complex fee setting such as flat rate and pay-as-you-go, periodic billing, contracts, and goods management, which are essential for operating a subscription business, and is said to be introduced in various industries such as manufacturing, communications, gas, and medicine.
In addition, a dashboard that visualizes the usage status of the service is provided, which is said to contribute to improving the customer experience, and is available in both SaaS and on-premise (package version) formats. Previously, when a user company launched a new business or service on the same platform with “BSSsymphony,” it was necessary to create a tenant individually and build a new environment.

However, with the support for multi-tenancy, business managers can immediately start customer management, contract management, and billing management for new businesses and services by only setting up the master without having to rebuild the system. In addition, the system can provide detailed support for the management of multiple businesses and new services, such as granting data access permissions for each business, sales company, and agency of the user company, helping to reduce the burden on business managers and cut costs in customizing the system.
