Business Engineering Co., Ltd. and Money Forward, Inc. are linking their systems. GLASIAOUS on one side, Money Forward Cloud Consolidated Accounting on the other. The integration goes live around end of April 2026.
What this actually fixes is a long-standing headache. Overseas subsidiaries run their own accounting, often in different currencies, languages, and standards. Headquarters then spends time pulling all that into one consolidated view. Usually manual, usually messy.
With this API integration, data entered in GLASIAOUS flows directly into the consolidation system. No more separate packages, no more copy-paste cycles. It just moves.

This matters because global companies are still struggling with visibility. You cannot make fast decisions if your numbers come late or don’t match. And overseas units are where things tend to break. Different rules, different systems, and a lot of friction in between.
The integration tries to remove that friction. Data stays consistent through internal controls on the GLASIAOUS side, then gets reflected into consolidated financials without rework. That cuts down manual effort and speeds up monthly closing.
The bigger shift is obvious. Finance teams are moving away from stitching data together and towards actually using it. The new system provides three advantages which include quicker reporting and earlier insights while it reduces the time spent on fixing incorrect data.
The two companies will demonstrate their system during a webinar which will take place on May 26 2026. They will work together to assist businesses that want to expand their operations to international markets.
Nothing radical here. Just solving a boring but critical problem. And honestly, that is where most real impact happens.
