ITFOR Co., Ltd. has launched a SaaS service called PayCollect. It is built to automate payment reminders, confirmations, and collection processes. The timing reflects a real issue companies are dealing with. Labor shortages. A lot of collection work is still manual, and that does not scale well. PayCollect is meant to reduce that load while also making things easier for customers.
The way it works is simple. Companies upload payment data. From there, the system sends notifications automatically through SMS or email. Customers get a link. They open a dedicated page, confirm their identity, check billing details, and complete payment. They can also register a payment commitment without speaking to an operator. This helps reduce inbound calls, which usually increase after reminder campaigns.
The service supports different payment methods. Bank transfers. Convenience store payments. Digital options like PayPay. It also includes anti phishing features such as verified sender indicators and identity checks.

On the business side, activity can be tracked in real time through dashboards. Companies can see delivery status, logins, and payment progress. Integration is handled through APIs or CSV. URLs can also be turned into QR codes for offline use.
ITFOR plans to expand PayCollect across sectors like banking, utilities, and leasing, with a target of 40 deployments over five years.
