Imple Inc. has raised approximately 100 million yen through a new fundraising scheme, Revenue-Based Finance, from Yoii RBF Fund No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, managed by Yoii Inc.. As a result, the Company’s cumulative fundraising amount for fiscal year 2024 (including loans from financial institutions, etc.) has exceeded 200 million yen.

In this situation, we utilized revenue-based finance (RBF), which allows for appropriate amounts of money and speedy fundraising, and our future cash flows were evaluated, which led to this fundraising.
