Omakase Inc. is pleased to announce that it will partner with Remixpoint Inc. regarding the cryptocurrency staking and validator business to be launched by Remixpoint.
In 2024, Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs were approved in the United States, accelerating the inflow of funds into the market. In November of the same year, US ETF provider Bitwise decided to enter the staking service market through M&A. Furthermore, in April 2025, spot ETFs with staking functions were approved in Hong Kong and Canada, and interest in staking as a means of income gain in crypto assets is rapidly increasing.
Crypto assets such as Ethereum and Solana, which use Proof of Stake (PoS), have a total market capitalization of approximately 34 trillion yen, and staking can earn rewards of around 3.5 to 7% per year. In addition, by participating in network operation as a validator, you can not only earn a yield, but also play a highly public role in improving the security of the blockchain and participating in governance. However, in many blockchains, validators are currently concentrated in Europe and the United States, and regional imbalance is an issue.

Of these, with regard to crypto asset investment, we have strengthened our crypto asset-related efforts, such as purchasing a total of 10 billion yen in crypto assets to date. By starting the validator business, we aim to go beyond simple crypto asset investment and actively participate in the development of the Web3 area using blockchain technology. As a Japanese network validator, we will support safety and transparency and work to create new revenue opportunities in the crypto asset field.
Omakase is an ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified validator operator that operates nodes on over 20 blockchains and has provided validator operation services and staking backend technology to multiple companies. Through this partnership, Omakase will comprehensively support Remixpoint in building the infrastructure necessary to launch its validator business, as well as operational monitoring and risk management, helping to maximize staking profits from the company’s crypto assets. Through this, Remixpoint will be able to further increase its presence as a Japanese company that contributes to the decentralization and robustness of blockchain infrastructure.
Through this partnership, the two companies will promote the advancement of staking services in the Japanese market and the regional decentralization of PoS networks, thereby contributing to the development of a healthy blockchain ecosystem.
