Blockchain Lock Co., Ltd. has collaborated with Check Inn Co., Ltd., a cloud-based PMS (Property Management System) for accommodation facilities, in order to further accelerate the development of the “KEYVOX” series of smart lock solutions for accommodation facilities.
As a result, accommodation facilities that have implemented “Check Inn” will be able to automatically issue and delete smart lock key information (QR codes/PIN numbers, etc.) based on reservation information, enabling non-face-to-face check-in/check-out with guests.
Unmanned operation is expected to improve business efficiency and reduce manpower, and also lead to increased convenience for guests.

Check Inn is a cloud-based PMS designed for accommodation facilities, and is an all-in-one system that allows for centralized management of everything from reservations, accommodation, and fee management to customer support. By consolidating tools used such as “automatic inventory and fee adjustment,” “sales management,” “room assignment,” and “customer management” into one, it reduces the effort required for system contracts, costs, and management. It has been introduced in a wide range of facilities such as private lodgings, simple lodgings, and hotels, and is characterized by its intuitive UI and extensive functionality.
Automation mechanism through collaboration between “KEYVOX” and “Check Inn”
With this API integration, Check Inn will automatically issue and update the QR code and PIN number associated with the reservation the day before or the morning of the check-in date (depending on the settings), and will automatically notify the guest along with the check-in information. This eliminates the need for handing over keys and manual settings, which were previously required, and enables unmanned and remote management.
This function is designed to meet the growing need for unmanned operation, particularly in small facilities such as private lodgings, hostels, and hotels.
