Sansan Inc., a provider of digital transformation services that are changing the way people work, is pleased to announce that it has added a new AI-based “arrival management function” to its invoice management service, “Bill One.”
With this function, AI predicts the arrival date of invoices for each listed business partner based on invoice information received in the past. This allows accounting staff and invoice recipients to predict the timing of invoice arrival in advance and easily notice delayed arrival, reducing missed invoicing in monthly accounting.
Additionally, we have applied for a patent for technology that predicts the current month’s arrival date based on past invoice arrival records.
As global competition between companies intensifies and the market changes daily, monthly settlements are becoming increasingly important in order to grasp financial situations in a timely manner. Many companies prepare monthly settlements by recording expenses in their accounting books based on invoices received from business partners. However, invoices are often not received by the company’s closing date, which means accounting staff are unable to grasp expenses and there is the issue of missing expenses in the monthly settlements.
Therefore, Bill One has developed this function to provide an environment where you can efficiently identify the existence of invoices that have not yet arrived and reduce the number of invoices that are missed in accounting for financial statements.
