The newly launched “Mygru CRM for LINE” is an extension module that enables messages to be sent via official LINE accounts, utilizing customer data obtained through campaigns that link LINE mini apps with Mygru.

By visualizing customer status based on “interest levels obtained from campaign participants’ actions” such as the number and type of stamps acquired in a campaign, the degree to which missions were completed, survey response results, incentive utilization status, etc., it is possible to create new segments that are not possible with LINE official accounts alone.
