ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation will begin a construction support service for multi-AI agents, in which multiple AI agents negotiate and cooperate with each other to execute complex tasks. We will create multiple AI agents according to the challenges our customers face, leading to improved business efficiency. We aim to achieve sales of 50 billion yen by the end of fiscal year 2026 as an advanced AI business, including generative AI.
Recently, companies have been working on introducing and utilizing generative AI in their business operations, but to utilize generative AI effectively, it is necessary to devise ways to maximize the performance of AI, such as designing prompts and understanding the business. Among AI agents that can understand and judge business requirements by themselves and proceed with complex tasks, multi-AI agents, in which multiple agents work together to execute tasks, are attracting particular attention.
Multi-AI Agent is a system in which multiple AI agents work together to execute tasks. CTC will design the interactions between agents based on the challenges and requests of our customers’ business, and develop a multi-AI agent that can execute tasks efficiently. This is a joint development with Sapeet Inc., a company that develops AI solution technology.

Prior to the launch of the service, we developed a schedule adjustment agent as an example of a multi-AI agent that automatically adjusts the schedules of meeting organizers and participants and determines the optimal meeting date and time. By having AI agents autonomously make adjustments on behalf of the organizer and participants, we expect to significantly reduce the time required for manual adjustments.
Since 2023, CTC has been providing the LLM Ecosystem, a platform that combines solutions and services necessary for companies to utilize generative AI, and is strengthening its generative AI-related services through continuous expansion of its lineup and alliances with eco-partners.
