Gainsight Inc., which provides the world’s top Customer-Led Growth platform, announced that HENNGE Inc., which provides the cloud security solution “HENNGE One” that provides all-in-one security measures when using the cloud, has introduced the “Gainsight Customer Success Platform”. This initiative will not only maximize revenue, but also promote end-user use of the service and enhance the value provided by HENNGE One.
Since its release in 2011, HENNGE One has continued to expand its many functions to meet the diverse needs of customers. In April 2024, the HENNGE One service lineup was expanded to three editions: Identity Edition, DLP Edition, and Cybersecurity Edition, expanding the scope of technology freedom. As a result, customer journeys have become more diverse for each customer and function, and traditional approaches have not been able to fully grasp the customer’s situation, making proactive customer success activities difficult.
