AnyMind Group Inc. is pleased to announce that it has resolved to acquire all shares issued by AnyReach Inc., an e-gift service company, and make AnyReach a subsidiary through its wholly owned subsidiary, AnyMind Japan Co., Ltd.
Background and Aims
Founded in Singapore in 2016, we are a technology company with bases in 15 countries and regions, mainly in Asia. Under the mission of “Make Every Business Borderless,” we provide one-stop support for brand building, production management, media management, e-commerce site building and management, marketing, and logistics management. With a variety of globally unified platforms and highly specialized local teams in each country, we excel in BPaaS model solutions that support business growth from both the software and operational perspectives.
AnyReach was founded in Japan in 2021 and is primarily involved in the development and provision of the e-gift service “AnyGift.” This service has been praised for its ability to easily introduce a feature to companies’ e-commerce sites that allows users to send gifts via social media or email, even if they don’t know the recipient’s address, and in just under three years since its release, the service has been adopted by over 700 companies.
Japan’s e-commerce market is expected to grow to approximately US$257 billion in 2027, up 24% from 2024 (US$206.8 billion). Accordingly, demand in the e-gift market is expected to expand. This is highly compatible with brands in the fashion, cosmetics, and food industries that we support, and we aim to expand our market share through cross-selling not only in Japan but also in overseas markets.
