Kickstarter program to support seamless adoption of Microsoft Power Platform in the enterprise

About the Microsoft Power CAT Kickstarter Program
Originally introduced by Microsoft in July 2024, the Power CAT Kickstarter Program is a specialized workshop designed to eliminate barriers to adopting Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring a streamlined implementation process. Developed based on industry feedback, the program covers crucial aspects such as governance strategies, technical deep dives, and best practices for digital transformation. During the workshop, participants collaborate with an introduction support team to establish a vision, set success metrics for low-code/no-code solutions, assess business value, and foster a community—laying a strong foundation for digital transformation using Microsoft Power Platform.
AKKODiS’s Role in Promoting Microsoft Power Platform
AKKODiS played a key role as a Facilities & Staff sponsor at the Japan Power Platform Conference 2023, held in December 2023. The company piloted the Power CAT Kickstarter Program in collaboration with Microsoft during this event. Japan’s First Power CAT Kickstarter Program
From October 28 to 30, 2024, AKKODiS and Microsoft conducted the first Kickstarter program in Japan, engaging 27 domestic companies. The three-day event featured one-day workshops focused on “governance,” “community,” and “Copilot.” Attendees ranged from organizations newly adopting Microsoft Power Platform to those already advancing their digital transformation (DX) efforts. The workshops provided a platform for interactive discussions, where participants and speakers exchanged insights, shared challenges, and explored case studies to enhance Microsoft Power Platform adoption.
