Aitane, Shannon Launch Sales AI Agent Alliance

Aitane Co., Ltd. and Shannon LLC have entered into a capital and business alliance focused on developing sales AI agents, bringing their technology and business capabilities together.

As part of the agreement, Aitane completed a third-party share allocation in its pre-Series A funding round, with Shannon serving as the underwriter. The two companies also signed a capital and business alliance agreement on September 30, 2026.

The partnership addresses a familiar challenge for sales teams. Apart from dealing with the clients themselves, salespeople are busy doing other tasks, which include gathering information for negotiation, recording business card information, writing meeting minutes, making transaction entries, and follow up activities. When these tasks pile up, less time remains for customer proposals and relationship building.

Aitane CEO Aida faced similar challenges while implementing SFA and CRM systems. The burden of data entry placed pressure on field staff, making it difficult to accumulate information and use the systems effectively. This led to the development of Aitane, a sales AI agent built around the vision of creating a world where salespeople can focus on selling.

The platform supports CRM registration and follow-ups by reading customer information from business cards, while also helping create emails and schedule follow-ups. It analyzes information about companies and previous interactions to support preparation for negotiations and helps update transaction records based on emails and negotiation details.

Aitane is also developing and testing wearable device functions that could allow salespeople to access necessary information during face-to-face meetings.

Shannon operates BaaS covering AI avatars, passkey authentication, webhook transmission, and membership infrastructure. Under the alliance, Shannon’s BaaS will support Aitane’s products and AI-based contract development, with both companies targeting faster and more efficient development.
