Miro and ZEN have entered into a solution partnership to develop joint services for product management, using Miro’s collaborative canvas and AI capabilities to make team decision-making and organizational learning more visible and accessible.
Under the partnership, ZEN has joined Miro’s Solution Partner Program. The companies will develop solutions designed to help product teams establish and operate a cycle of decision-making and learning within Miro. The first joint solution is scheduled to become available in October 2026.
The partnership tackles problems that product development teams face. Information, about issues, insights and decisions often gets spread out across meetings, chat apps and individual team members. Even when teams hold reviews the lessons they learn don’t always make it into the next planning or prioritization phase. This leads to the problems being talked about over and over again without real progress.
The companies also point to the growing use of generative AI. As AI accelerates individual activities such as planning, design and development, decisions about what to build, what to prioritize and what to learn from results become increasingly important at the team level.
As part of the collaboration, ZEN will develop and provide product management support using Miro, including assistance for organizations that have not yet clearly articulated their underlying challenges.
The first area involves diagnosing and visualizing product management practices. ZEN plans to develop a program that examines areas including product strategy, prioritization, requirements definition, development processes and post-release learning. Information gathered through interviews and existing documentation will be visualized in Miro to identify not only recognized issues but also differences in understanding between management and operational teams, departments and roles.
A second area focuses on turning reviews into subsequent decision-making. ZEN will facilitate regular workshops, such as monthly or quarterly sessions, where teams can use Miro and AI to organize opinions and discussions. The goal is to connect insights from these reviews with specific issues, priorities and actions, while preserving the background and process behind decisions within Miro for future reference.
The third area involves connecting identified issues to improvement and validation. Depending on the challenges identified through diagnosis and reviews, ZEN will design support structures that can combine its expertise in product management, design, AI utilization, prototype and proof-of-concept development, and marketing.

Through the partnership, the companies aim to create a continuous cycle in which teams can identify issues, determine priorities, implement improvements and review the results. They also plan to develop additional use cases around product management, including diagnosis, retrospectives and workshops, while supporting companies that already use Miro but are not utilizing the platform across their broader operations.
Miro and ZEN are also considering expanding the knowledge gained from product management into areas such as new business development, marketing, sales and AI adoption, where multiple stakeholders need to establish a shared understanding while addressing business challenges.
Miro is an AI-powered workspace that serves over 250,000 organizations and more than 100 million users around the world. ZEN, which started in April 2023 builds its products and offers support in product development and marketing. This includes services, like creating AI prototypes and proof of concept projects.
