Stack has begun API integration between its commerce operations platform Phil, formerly known as SQ, and Logizard ZERO, the cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) provided by Logizard. The integration is designed to connect retail and e-commerce operations with warehouse activities and reduce manual data handling.
Through the integration, planned inbound and outbound shipment data created in Phil is automatically transferred to Logizard ZERO. In the other direction, confirmed inbound and outbound results from the warehouse are automatically sent from Logizard ZERO to Phil. This allows retailers and e-commerce businesses using both systems to reduce CSV file exchanges and duplicate data entry while centrally managing inventory information based on actual warehouse results.
The integration addresses challenges that can arise as businesses operate both physical stores and e-commerce channels. Although sales and inventory management may be centralized in a core business system, warehouse operations are often managed through a separate system. When these systems are disconnected, differences can emerge between system inventory and physical stock, requiring businesses to spend time transferring data, entering information into multiple systems and reconciling inventory figures.
Under the new integration, inbound plans are generated in Phil based on purchase order and inventory-movement information, while outbound plans are created from order and inventory-movement data. These plans are then automatically transmitted to Logizard ZERO, reducing the need to create CSV files for warehouses or manually enter the same information in multiple systems.
Warehouse-confirmed inbound and outbound results are also automatically transferred back to Phil. Inbound results are reflected in Phil’s purchasing and inventory-transfer data, while outbound results are reflected in sales data. This helps reduce the work involved in reconciling system inventory with physical stock and making manual inventory adjustments.

The API integration is available to customers that have contracts for both Phil and Logizard ZERO. The standard integration is designed around typical operational workflows, while individual development is also available for customers requiring adaptations to their specific operations, subject to additional fees.
Logizard provides Logizard ZERO as a cloud WMS, alongside solutions including Logizard ZERO-STORE for store inventory management and Logizard OCE for omnichannel operations. Stack’s Phil platform integrates key retail functions including sales, inventory, logistics, purchasing, customer management, promotions and analytics. Stack said Phil and its related solutions are currently used by more than 300 brands, primarily major apparel companies.
The integration brings warehouse execution data closer to the broader retail and e-commerce management environment, giving businesses using both platforms a way to maintain inventory information with less manual intervention.
