MLism Launches Free Browser-Based AI-OCR Tool for Document Analysis

MLism has launched YomiToku Studio, a free web application that uses its proprietary AI-OCR engine to analyze PDFs and document images directly in a browser. The tool can recognize Japanese printed and handwritten text while also understanding document structures such as paragraphs, tables, forms and reading order.

Unlike cloud-based OCR services, its free browser analysis runs entirely on the user’s PC, keeping documents from being sent to external servers. Users can review, correct and export results in formats including CSV, JSON, Markdown and searchable PDF. The platform also includes workspaces for document analysis, form processing and data entry, alongside integration with YomiToku Pro for enterprise environments.
