Fortis Japan LLC will launch its “AX (AI Transformation) business,” which implements AI into corporate business processes and supports the creation of organizations and personnel that can utilize AI within the company.
In this project, we will first organize the business processes and challenges of each company, identify tasks where AI can be expected to be effective, and design an implementation method that is suitable for each company. Furthermore, we will provide end-to-end support, from implementing AI into business flows, to developing templates and rules necessary for utilization, to training internal personnel, and improving after implementation.
Our goal is not simply to introduce AI tools, but to create a system that is continuously utilized in the field, leading to improved operational efficiency and increased productivity.

Background of the launch of the AX business
With the advancement of AI technologies, including generative AI, companies are showing increasing interest in using AI in a variety of tasks, such as document creation, information gathering, meeting minute preparation, and customer service.
On the other hand, even after actually introducing AI tools, many companies face challenges such as “not knowing which tasks to use them for,” “only a few employees using them,” and “not being integrated into the workflow and not leading to the expected results.”
To effectively utilize AI across an entire organization, it’s necessary to go beyond simply selecting tools. This requires a comprehensive approach that includes reviewing business processes, establishing operational rules, training employees to use AI effectively in their daily work, and implementing improvements after implementation.
Fortis Japan will launch its AX business, which will support companies in their AI utilization from implementation to adoption, leveraging the on-the-ground expertise it has cultivated through building sales and marketing organizations, talent development, and business support.
