Fortience Consulting Co., Ltd., a member of the NTT Data Group, will begin offering a “Systematic Training Service for IT Strategy and Planning” from July 21, 2026.
This service is a two-day training program for corporate IT/DX departments, combining in-person lectures and group work on the theme of IT strategy and planning. Based on practical methodologies and case studies unique to a consulting firm that has supported the strategy and planning of many companies, it systematically teaches this area, which is often difficult to cover in general training. The goal is to enable employees to conceive and drive strategies and plans themselves in this rapidly changing era.
With the rapid spread of technologies such as generative AI, the role of IT strategy in companies is changing dramatically. The focus has shifted from simply adopting technology to whether it can be integrated with the organization’s business strategy, which now determines a company’s competitiveness. In this environment, securing and developing personnel capable of conceiving and promoting IT strategies within the company’s own context has become an urgent management challenge for many companies.

On the other hand, many companies still express concerns such as “the methodology for strategic planning is not systematized” and “it is difficult to comprehensively grasp the direction of IT and the organization as a whole,” and the reality is that developing personnel capable of handling IT strategy is not easy.
Based on this understanding of the challenges, this training program is offered as a systematic and practical program with the aim of establishing within the organization the ability for each employee to independently conceive, articulate, and implement IT strategies.
