AMBL Co., Ltd., whose vision is “Driving AX in Japan from the field,” will fully launch an operational automation support service that integrates generative AI and observability, enabling AI to autonomously handle a series of processes in system operation, including detection, root cause identification, correction, and sharing. By combining this with AMBL’s strengths in AI-driven development capabilities, AMBL will not only accelerate fault response but also provide end-to-end support, enabling customers to build a system where they can internalize their operations.
Currently, interest in observability is growing significantly in the Japanese market.
According to research by Fuji Chimera Research Institute, the observability market in Japan is expected to expand from 94.6 billion yen in 2024 to 113.8 billion yen in 2028.
As the use of generational AI and cloud-native technologies advance, the complexity of system operations is increasing, making it crucial management challenges to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.

On the other hand, in many companies, a “passive operation” that detects failures based on user reports and a “personalization” that relies on specific experts have become the norm.
As a result, MTTR (Mean Time To Recovery) has lengthened, leading to a high-cost structure. The risk of employee turnover due to engineer burnout and lost opportunities due to service interruptions are also serious issues.
Against the backdrop of these changes in the market environment, the use of AI in system operations has finally entered the practical application phase.
The shift from traditional “manual operation” to a new operational model where AI agents autonomously handle operational tasks, allowing humans to focus on essential decision-making—this is becoming a realistic theme for Japanese companies as well.
In February 2026, AMBL, together with its parent company Dirbato Co., Ltd., entered into a partnership agreement with Grafana Labs. This will mark the beginning of the full-scale provision of its unique AX support services, which combine the development of an observability infrastructure with the utilization of AI, allowing AMBL to take a more proactive approach to solving its customers’ challenges.
AMBL will support AX for Japanese companies in areas such as AI-powered operational decision support, automated incident response, and cost optimization.
Specifically, we will use AI to streamline operational tasks that have tended to be highly dependent on individuals and have consumed a lot of time, and by combining this with AMBL’s strength in AI-driven development capabilities, we will provide end-to-end support, from building an in-house system that allows our clients to manage their operations themselves.
