NE has officially launched HelpBot, an AI-powered support tool for its Next Engine e-commerce management platform after a six-month trial period. The tool helps users find answers to operational and specification-related questions by searching manuals and surfacing relevant information automatically.
The latest version delivers responses up to 10 times faster than the trial release and can display reference images, including screenshots, alongside text answers. The update is kind of aimed at cutting down the time users spend, searching the documentation and then resolving issues, especially when its outside support desk hours.
