Salesforce Launches AI Agent Marketplace in Japan

Salesforce Japan Co., Ltd. announced AgentExchange , a new marketplace that integrates AppExchange and Slack Marketplace. Going forward, businesses will be able to easily find, purchase, and deploy the best solutions for Salesforce and Slack from a single marketplace.

Salesforce’s “Salesforce AppExchange” and “Slack Marketplace” have been used by many companies to solve their business challenges. Furthermore, last year, Salesforce launched “AgentExchange,” a marketplace where customers can find, try, and purchase the best AI agents and tools to extend Agentforce, and has since expanded it to Japan .

These apps, AI agents, and marketplaces for Slack solutions have together generated billions of dollars in customer value and partner revenue. They have also provided thousands of customers with ready-to-use tools to solve thousands of challenges, including maintaining data integrity, automating contract approvals, and implementing industry-specific workflows.
