Interactive Inc. has partnered with Local Place Inc. to strengthen recruitment support for companies in Kumamoto Prefecture, and began offering the “Job Antenna Kumamoto x WAO!VISION Plan” on May 28, 2026.
This plan integrates “Job Antenna Kumamoto,” a job matching service specializing in Kumamoto provided by Interactive, with “WAO!VISION,” a large outdoor video advertising platform operated by Local Place. This will enable targeted recruitment promotions to passersby of all ages in Kumamoto City, thereby increasing awareness of job openings and companies, and boosting the number of applications.
“WAO!VISION” is a large outdoor video screen advertisement installed in the busiest locations in Kumamoto City: in front of the Torichosuji tram stop and in Shinshigai (currently being broadcast). In this plan, when Job Antenna Kumamoto plans and produces recruitment videos, a digest version (15 seconds) will also be produced and broadcast on “WAO!VISION” in conjunction with Job Antenna Kumamoto’s recruitment activities. The videos will be broadcast randomly 300 times per month between 7:00 and 21:00, and the display period will be 6 months.

The plan’s greatest feature is its precise promotion, which combines recruitment videos that highlight the appeal of job openings and companies by “Job Antenna Kumamoto” with engaging information dissemination by “WAO!VISION.” By delivering a precise recruitment message with an overwhelming amount of reach, it achieves increased awareness of job openings and companies, as well as an increase in the number of applications, supporting the fulfillment of application targets and successful recruitment.
