Japanese business creation firm dotD Co., Ltd. has launched ‘AI FDE Service,’ a new AI implementation support offering aimed at helping enterprises move faster on internal AI adoption. Instead of selling AI as a vague transformation pitch, the company is packaging ready-made AI business process prototypes with source code and direct engineering support.
The service comes at a time when many large Japanese companies are still trapped in legacy IT spending cycles, where most budgets go toward maintaining old systems instead of building new AI-driven workflows. dotD is positioning its service as a shortcut around that bottleneck.
The company says it has already been building AI-powered prototypes across business functions like HR, finance, supply chain, legal, and operations. Clients can use these templates in cloud, on-premises, or managed environments depending on governance and security requirements.

What makes the launch notable is the shift from ‘AI consulting’ toward operational deployment. In place of strategy decks, enterprises are more and more asking for actual working systems, reusable code and quicker internal uptake. This kind of shift is showing up more clearly across enterprise AI in 2026, particularly in sectors where modernization cycles have usually moved in a slower way.
