ZENKIGEN and Link and Motivation have signed a new OEM business partnership agreement, pushing their earlier capital and business alliance into a more operational phase. The two companies first entered a partnership in February 2026, but this latest move signals that the relationship is now shifting from strategic alignment into actual product and business collaboration.
ZENKIGEN has been building its position in recruitment tech through harutaka, its hiring DX platform used by more than 1,000 companies. The platform is backed by over 15 million interview data points and uses proprietary AI models along with generative AI and LLM technologies to support hiring decisions and make recruitment processes more data-driven.
On the other side, Link and Motivation brings deep experience in organizational consulting and human capital management through services like Motivation Cloud, which is built around one of Japan’s larger organizational data platforms.
