ISFnet and Qsol have formalized their partnership, but this did not start overnight. The two have been working together since 2021 which has allowed them to establish better operational coordination between their teams. The team established their permanent partnership because they already have 22 ISFnet engineers working with them and they established a reliable operational system.
The shift here is from project-based execution to something more structured. The goal is clear. IT infrastructure requires three essential improvements which include better quality control processes and increased productivity rates and development of enhanced delivery systems.
The plan is not complicated, but it is deliberate. The two companies will establish better information sharing and technical exchange processes to improve their project response times. The organization needs to identify skill gaps before they occur to implement proper engineer assignments. The research initiative aims to develop enhanced productivity methods through joint efforts which focus on AI and development process standardization.

Another layer that stands out is the focus on work environment. This is not just about systems and delivery. They are putting effort into health management, tracking overwork, encouraging no-overtime days, and improving overall working conditions for engineers. It is operational discipline, not just HR messaging.
Leadership alignment is also part of the structure, with regular executive-level interactions and annual partner meetings to keep things on track.
Looking ahead, ISFnet will support Qsol’s broader IT infrastructure roadmap, including DX initiatives and group-wide security efforts within the Kyushu Electric Power ecosystem. Beyond that, both companies are positioning themselves for expansion into areas like government cloud projects.
This is less about a flashy announcement and more about tightening execution where it actually counts.
