Risks and challenges inherent in companies’ use of generational AI
Generative AI is rapidly gaining popularity as a means of improving business efficiency, and its use is expanding in various tasks such as document creation, email composition, and translation. On the other hand, AI use within companies tends to be siloed at the departmental or individual level, and there are many cases where control and monitoring are inadequate. As a result, risks such as the input of confidential company information or customer information into AI are becoming apparent.
