InnovatIon Co., Ltd. and NEW VENTURES Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce the launch of “Swippo,” a new service at InnovatIon that supports companies in their recruitment challenges and retail and service industries in their customer acquisition challenges. Following the business succession by NEW VENTURES, InnovatIon is working to strengthen its existing businesses and develop new businesses, and this service is being launched as part of that effort.
Background to the launch of the service
In recent years, the business environment surrounding regional companies has changed dramatically, and “talent acquisition” and “customer acquisition” have become urgent issues for many companies. On the other hand, methods of recruitment and customer acquisition have diversified, and there are increasing cases where traditional methods alone do not lead to sufficient results.
