Most DX conversations sound good in decks and die on the shop floor. This partnership is trying to flip that.
Kaminashi Co., Ltd. has teamed up with Izigen Group Co., Ltd. to push on-site digital transformation across manufacturing in Kyushu. The plan is to roll out the Kaminashi product suite through Izigen’s local network and execution model.
Izigen already works deep inside businesses. From new business consulting to UI and system development, they operate close to operations, not just strategy. Kaminashi brings tools focused on digitizing frontline workflows. The two elements need to be combined because their combination creates a complete understanding of the pitch. The process should begin from actual ground events which researchers will use to develop their findings.

The timing is not random. DX has moved past tool adoption. Companies now need to transform their operations by creating better methods to analyze data and resolve their operational problems which occur at their base locations. The factory floor and logistics network together with daily business activities serve as the primary locations where this process takes place.
This partnership is built around that shift. Less theory, more execution. If it works, it moves companies from reactive fixes to proactive operations, with better productivity and clearer data flowing through the business.
It is a regional play for now. But the model is repeatable.
