Dentsu Institute Technology has signed a partnership agreement with Domo to deliver the AI powered data utilization platform Domo to enterprise clients. The scope goes beyond license sales. Dentsu Institute Technology will also handle implementation and ongoing operational support, positioning the offering as an end to end service.
The backdrop is familiar. Digital transformation currently creates a challenge for companies because their data exists in multiple systems. Decision-making processes experience delays because organizations face difficulties with their complex environments and their existing technical limitations. Access exists, but clarity does not.
Dentsu Institute Technology will use Domo as its main data access and analysis platform through this partnership. The operational use of traditional BI tools was restricted because users needed specialized skills to operate them and they required extensive configuration work. Domo aims to lower that barrier with intuitive dashboard creation and chat based data analysis powered by AI.

The objective is practical. Make business intelligence usable beyond IT teams. Enable frontline employees to interact directly with data. Shorten the path from insight to decision. In a market where speed and accuracy define competitiveness, simplifying data utilization becomes less of a technical upgrade and more of a structural necessity.
