Yachiyo Solutions is upgrading its cloud-based factory management system MENTENA to push maintenance data closer to real business decisions, not just site records sitting in software. The March 2026 update focuses on spare parts and inventory management APIs so external systems, departments, and analytics tools can easily connect to data already stored inside MENTENA.
The core idea is simple. The manufacturing process gets disrupted because production and maintenance and procurement teams maintain their data in separate systems. Employees require manual information transfer between files when they need to conduct analysis that involves multiple departments. The new APIs allow inventory history, increase and decrease reasons, and update-date filtered records to be pulled out for collaboration and optimization.
The update also adds visibility into component pricing through unit price tracking and total asset value display. This helps companies check shelf inventory value, spot excess stock, and support faster cash flow decisions in accounting and procurement workflows.

Mobile ledger editing is also introduced so on-site staff can capture equipment or parts information immediately with photos. The organization wants to create permanent corporate assets from maintenance records which will serve as dependable resources to support their operational needs through preventive maintenance and efficient operations and data-based management practices throughout their manufacturing and facility operations.
