Movensys Co., Ltd. will exhibit at Smart Factory・Automation World 2026 (AW 2026), to be held in Seoul, South Korea from Wednesday, March 4th to Friday, March 6th, 2026, and will unveil its real-time execution infrastructure, which is key to realizing Physical AI.
This exhibition will be themed ” WMX: Software Defined Motion Controller Powering Physical AI ” and will introduce a real-time control architecture that connects AI decisions to precise physical movements.
Advances in generative AI and robotics AI are enabling industrial machines to acquire advanced decision-making capabilities. However, challenges remain, such as whether path plans and operational commands derived by AI, such as VLA models, can be repeatedly executed by actual machines without error, delay, and deterministically.

Movensys focuses on the Sim-to-Real Gap that exists between the AI computation layer and the physical control layer, and proposes the real-time motion control platform “WMX” as a “Physical AI Execution Layer” that connects the GPU-based AI computation layer and the physical control layer.
The software-based motion controller WMX is compatible with field networks such as EtherCAT, and achieves high-precision synchronous control of up to 128 axes on a single CPU based on a high-speed control cycle of 0.125 ms to 1 ms and closed-loop feedback. It converts motion commands from various Robotics Foundation Models into actual machine operations deterministically and without delay, providing a stable and highly reproducible physical AI execution platform for industrial sites.
