Kiva Inc. has rolled out a new ‘Email Automation Agent’ for its workflow based AI platform SamuraiAI. The claim is bold. Cut email handling effort to zero.
The system processes incoming emails through its ability to read emails and comprehend their intent while analyzing previous response patterns and generating automated responses. The system creates responses through its ability to assess incoming messages and determine their urgency while exporting information to linked SaaS applications. No prompt engineering. No constant back and forth. The AI suggests the next move and executes it.
The bigger shift here is control. Email has always been the starting point of business workflows, yet humans still bridge the gap between reading, replying, and updating systems. SamuraiAI tries to collapse that gap. Connect it to Outlook or Gmail, and it operates inside an ISMS certified environment.

Use cases span sales, customer support, back office, and executives managing high volumes of reports. The company says email time can drop by up to 50 percent. Whether that number holds or not, the direction is clear. AI is moving from assistant to operator.
