AI Ops Manager Inc. and STM Inc. have entered into a sales partnership aimed at accelerating the rollout of ‘AI Ops Manager’ across more enterprises.
The timing is not random. Generative AI adoption is rising fast, but execution is lagging. Many companies have introduced tools that never get used properly. Business design cannot keep pace. Skilled AI implementation talent is limited. The result is predictable. AI strategies that look good on paper but stall in reality.
AI Ops Manager brings a database of AI native talent and a model that supports companies end to end, from proposal to implementation and ongoing operations. STM contributes a strong customer base and referral network, along with experience delivering more than 1,000 training curricula annually to over 150 companies, including major enterprises. It has built deep capability in training design, delivery, and on site rollout.

Under the alliance, STM will lead relationship building and sales development, while AI Ops Manager handles requirement definition, ROI design, and feasibility assessment. The companies will also provide integrated support covering CRM restructuring, workflow automation, and AI native business design. An OEM model has been launched, with AI Ops Manager supplying talent databases, agents, and templates, and STM managing sales expansion and training.
The intent is clear. Move AI from experimentation to structured, repeatable implementation.
