Sony Network Communications has partnered with AR Advanced Technology to launch an AI agent development support service focused on fan marketing. The service goes live on February 18 and will be delivered through Sony’s existing Fan Marketing Support Solution.
Here is what they are really doing. They are trying to automate the messy middle of marketing. Social posts. Reviews. Multilingual chatter. Campaign optimization. Reporting. Governance. All the work that eats time and headcount.
The AI agents are designed around six core functions. Insights to collect and summarize social data. Audience analysis to cluster and build personas. Content generation for copy and creatives. Activation to optimize ads and distribution. Reporting to suggest improvements. Governance to flag compliance risks and negative trends. Features will roll out in phases.

The backdrop is obvious. Fan marketing has exploded with unstructured data across platforms. Teams are small. Global audiences are noisy. Manual workflows do not scale. By combining Sony’s tools like Prediction One with ARI’s AI agent capabilities, the companies aim to shift marketers from reactive execution to assisted decision making.
This is part of a broader move toward AI driven marketing operations that are less dependent on team size and more on intelligent systems.
