Kaminashi Corporation has signed a partnership agreement with Duck Engineering Co., Ltd. to roll out the Kaminashi series across manufacturing sites. The goal is clear. Make on site digital transformation practical, not theoretical.
Duck Engineering is known for quality inspection equipment built around image processing. Its camera based inspection systems combine proprietary hardware with AI to automate visual checks across printing, packaging and labeling lines. The focus is defect prevention and reliable quality control that mirrors human level judgment while staying simple to operate.
Manufacturers today are facing two main challenges because of labor shortages which have created a skills gap that exists in their workforce. The process of inspection work requires both intuitive abilities and the accumulated knowledge that comes from extensive experience. That model is breaking. Standardization and digitalization are no longer optional.
