Toyota Connected has launched a new owned media platform called TOYOTA Connected Add Venture! Times. The concept is straightforward. The company should be shown from its internal operations through its employees and its projects and its cultural foundations which determine everyday work activities. This is not about product updates or press friendly milestones. It is about how the organization actually thinks and operates.
The site focuses on employees who reflect Toyota Connected’s ism and culture, along with ongoing internal projects and challenges. It also gives a closer look at work environments and real on site experiences. The goal is to make the company visible through lived stories rather than corporate statements.
The name Add Venture comes from Toyota Connected’s roots as a venture company and its intent to keep adding value instead of staying stuck in a startup label. The logo reflects this thinking, using the initials of the media name and the six colors from the Toyota Connected brand.

The platform is closely tied to the ism culture initiative that began in 2023 as a volunteer driven effort. Employees selected through internal voting as culture embodiers are featured through interviews. The launch demonstrates a wider trend which companies use their owned media resources to develop their corporate culture and recruit new employees and manage their public image.
