Lotus Thermal Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce that it has raised funds totaling approximately 500 million yen through investments from the Go-Tech business and several other business companies. The Company also announces that it has begun construction of a new mass production factory to establish a full-scale mass production and supply system for thermal solutions.
Up until now, we have been engaged in the research, development, and social implementation of high-value-added thermal solutions centered on our unique thermal control and thermal utilization technologies. This latest round of funding was made possible through investment from a business company that recognized the social significance and future potential of our technology and anticipated actual business synergies. The funds raised will be used for business expansion initiatives such as strengthening our mass production system, upgrading our manufacturing processes, and recruiting new personnel.
Furthermore, the new mass production plant will enable the stable supply of our thermal solutions with high quality, which will help improve energy efficiency in a variety of industrial fields, promote the effective use of unused heat, and establish a system that can quickly respond to customer needs.

Through the provision of thermal solutions, we aim to contribute to optimizing energy consumption and reducing CO₂ emissions, thereby accelerating the realization of GX (Green Transformation).
